Network Projects
No matter how well your existing network has been designed
and configured, there comes a point where changes or additions
need to be made. Whether this is an operating system upgrade,
addition of a new service or a new link to another site, resources
and expertise will need to be allocated to complete the task.
Foxfire has considerable experience in this area, having delivered
a multitude of solutions to both small businesses and large
corporations.
Foxfire has over the years developed an understanding of
the underlying technology and issues, leaving us well placed
to deliver network solutions of all sizes. With the release
of Windows 2000 products suite, Foxfire has taken this to
the next level of reliability and automation. The standards
we apply to all our projects and our extensive experience
mean that a small business can leverage the experiences of
large business and enjoy the same reliability and performance
from a Foxfire network solution.
Phased Delivery
Foxfire has divided the project delivery process into three
phases. In the first phase we work with you, the customer,
to define the project; produce a project initiation document;
conduct an audit; produce a risk analysis; formulate a project
plan and conduct a review of the project goals.
In the second phase we build and test the proposed solution
at our workshops and carry out user acceptance testing and
quality assurance sign off.
In the final phase we again review the risks, plan the deployment
and implement the solution, providing a prearranged period
of support before the final project sign off.
Throughout this process we always aim to minimise the risk
of disruption to your business, often deploying a solution
outside normal business hours, allowing us to roll back the
implementation if there is any aspect that the customer is
dissatisfied with.
Efficient Information
Flow
In today’s market place only business’s that can quickly
and efficiently move information around through harnessing
the power of technology will survive.
Big business has enjoyed the benefits of improved workflow
efficiencies for a number of years but with the release of
Microsoft’s 2000 suite of products this benefit is available
to any sized business at an affordable price.
Traditional isolated networks provide simple fast access
to information, improve information management, and increase
employee productivity through better internal communications.
By connecting to the Internet, businesses can extend their
networks to connect customers and business partners to streamline
business-to-business communications and transactions.
Businesses of all sizes can benefit when their networks and
Internet connections are fast, secure, and reliable.
