The Foxfire bundled solutions are designed for organisations
requiring a complete solution. Foxfire’s experience clearly
shows that the most cost effective and efficient way to deliver
a new environment to a business is to develop
a total solution built and tested off site.
Foxfire deliver and deploy out of hours, causing minimal
impact to your business. We will incorporate your existing
hardware into this solution, but to achieve a truly stable
and reliable environment, we recommend upgrading all equipment
more than 12 months old.
Reduce Cost of Ownership
In the past companies have attempted to slowly upgrade and
change environments. This cautious approach to change often
has a detrimental effect.
As integration issues arise and previous work is revisited,
costs often soar out of control. The principal of making changes
one at a time to reduce risks often causes instability. By
not regarding an environment as a collection of related components
but as an overall system, deployment costs are reduced and
risks minimised. The new environment is designed as a totally
integrated solution and hence support and maintenance costs
are reduced.
Asset Finance
It may be that you wish to bring your systems up to date
but can’t afford the price of a full upgrade. The cost of
the hardware alone can be daunting and may be beyond this
year’s budget.
You may wish to spread your payments over a period of time
to ease cash flow problems but suppliers may want to settle
within thirty (30) days.
Foxfire has entered into an agreement with the Bank of Scotland
that may solve your problem. We have arranged a package that
allows you to finance your hardware purchases over a period
of twelve, twenty four or thirty six months. This helps you
to spread the cost of your hardware whilst avoiding the hidden
costs of a piecemeal upgrade. It also allows you to capitalise
the cost over a number of years.
