Approach

Foxfire's aim is to make IT project initialisation as easy and straightforward as possible. Most businesses lack experience of the technical infrastructure their business depends on and staff don’t have time to learn. It’s hard to provide an accurate estimate without knowing the right parameters for the job.

Foxfire's answer is a budget orientated approach. The customer has a list of required deliverables and knows how much they are are prepared to spend. Foxfire works to realise their requirements and deliver within budget. We will tailor solutions, revise services, adjust hardware specifications and investigate efficient licensing strategies, all in order to reduce the end cost to the our customers. Corners aren't cut and costs aren't so far reduced that risks are created for the future.

The 10 Steps to place an order with Foxfire
1. Define an appropriate budget.
2. Define ten deliverables to agree deployment completion.
3. Produce a purchase order.
4. List the ten deliverables on the purchase order.
5. Identify a minimum of 50% of budget for use on hardware and software licenses with a maximum of 60%.
6. Identify minimum of 40% of budget for use on labour, consultancy and deployment costs with a maximum of 50%.
7. Pay 75% of project budget to be paid up front.
8. Pay 25% of project paid on completion and satisfactory delivery of the ten deliverables and delivery of final statement of accounts.
9. Pay 20% of the entire spend on hardware and software (capital) that will be covered in the warranty is due on project deployment.
10. Purchase one of Foxfire's warranty solutions based a percentage of the cost for hardware and software (optional).

Delivery Schedule
Step 1 - Estimate budget and requirements. Order placed and deposit received.
Step 2 - Build and test environment off site
Step 3 - Begin delivery of solution to site
Step 4 - Complete deployment of stable solution. Final invoice and budget accounts provided.
Balance paid

Payment Dates
£40,000 - hardware and software (100% deposit)
£20,000 - labour/deployment (50% deposit)
£20,000 - labour/deployment (50% on completion)
£8,000 - 12 month warranty & support (20% capital)

Management Fees
In the event you require Foxfire to take temporary ownership of your IT infrastructure, then a flat monthly management fee can be negotiated.
